Q. What is Healthwalking?

Healthwalking is an inexpensive, accessible exercise option for just about anyone.
Healthwalking classes offer instruction, motivation, and camaraderie in a relaxed,
supportive setting that emphasizes fun over performance.
Those seeking a more competitive program will learn advanced racewalking
techniques and workouts.

Q. Who is Lon Wilson?
A. Lon serves as the executive director of the New York Walkers Club,
coaches the Eastside Racewalk Team, and coaches the racewalk teams
of the New York City Public School Athletic League and the
Empire State Games. He leads walking groups at selected NYRR races.

Inside Central Park at East Dr and E 90 St.
Q. What time do we meet?

. We meet every Saturday morning at 9:30 am.
